Naila R. Farukhi, DDS, MS, ABO-Board Certified

Dr Naila Farukhi obtained both her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) and her Orthodontic specialty training from the University of Southern California (USC). As a Board-Certified Orthodontist, she has achieved a distinction held by only a select group of specialists in the field. This voluntary certification through the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) represents a personal and professional commitment to excellence in care. 

In 2009, she published her first children’s book on Orthodontics titled “The Wirebender,” which currently sells on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
In addition to her specialty training, Dr. Farukhi has a Masters degree from USC in Craniofacial Biology. She also has dual Bachelors of Science and Bachelors of Arts degrees in the fields of Biology and English Literature respectively from the University of California, Irvine.

She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the California Association of Orthodontists, and the Pacific Coast Association of Orthodontists.
